Music News

Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers have confirmed 34 tour dates for their 40th Anniversary Tour.

Former Eagles icon Joe Walsh will add more spice as a very special guest for a bunch of shows and Chris Stapleton is set to join for a concert in Chicago and a two-night event in Milwaukee.

According to the official website of Tom Petty, the massive tour kicks off on April 20, 2017 in Oklahoma, and stretches out until late July.

If you are puzzled why no spots on the West Coast – do not worry. Additional concerts dates to be announced soon.

Tickets for Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers Tour went on sale on Friday, December 16, 2016. New York City’s Forest Hills Stadium will start ticket sales on January 14.

At the same time Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers compiled two vinyl box sets with all studio album records dividing them into Volume 1 (1976-1991) and Volume 2 (1994-2014).

Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers commemorated their tour to the 40th anniversary of their debut self-titled album that was release in November 1976 and laid grounds for their career.

Tom Petty in a joking manner confirmed a co-joint 2017 tour with the Heartbreakers during the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.

Check out the full Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers 2017 tour schedule.
